RHQ is down?!

Sotoday I tried to visit Rock Hard Quarry, another forum site like this one. Then Error: 404 came up! Has the site been taken down forever? Is it just my computer? We may never know.

T'would appear the following things could have happened...
-The Server was taken down by ptown

-The Hosting costs weren't payed by ptown due to his computer being broken

-DDoS Attack

-Something else.

Guess it was none of them, but instead it was just the entire punBB server hoster going down.

Now we wonder why that happened. owo

Once again RHQ is down, now we discuss why this may be happening. My thoughts?
The move in format from PunBB to SWF, or whatever it was.
